FRIDAY NIGHT PACKET PICKUP

Friday, April 23

Location: Calvary Church
310 Kalberer Rd, West Lafayette

4:00–6:00 PM

  • Skip the line on race day and pick up your shirt & bib early.

  • Stop by the awareness table to enter a raffle for IJM swag.

  • Don’t miss the fresh Texas Roadhouse rolls—our treat!

  • Stick around for the 6pm Kids Dash in the Calvary parking lot!

RACE DAY INSTRUCTIONS

Saturday, April 24

Location: West Lafayette Wellness Center
1101 Kalberer Rd, West Lafayette

Parking

  • To leave space for Wellness Center guests, please park at Calvary Church or Cumberland Park (Farmers Market lot) and walk over.

Schedule

  • Registration Opens: 7:30 AM

    • If picking up your bib on Saturday, please arrive no later than 8:30 AM.

    • If you already picked it up on Friday, feel free to arrive by 8:45 AM.

  • 5K Start: 9:00 AM

    • Listen for announcements to line up.

    • Runners - Look for the pace signs and line up according to your pace time.

    • Walkers should be behind runners.

    • Strollers should line up at the back.

Please no dogs on the course.

Weather Forecast & Rain Plan

  • In the event of rain, we will continue with the race unless there is lightning or the rain becomes too heavy to ensure safety. If it’s raining at 9:00 AM but there is a break expected, we may delay the start up to 1 hour. If we need to delay or cancel, we’ll post updates on social media, the Run for Justice website, and send an email to all participants through the race platform. We’ll also provide instructions for shirt pickup if needed.

Race Day Tips

  • Route Maps: Available on the registration site and at check-in.

  • Chip-timed bibs must be visible when you cross the finish line – pin them to the front of your shirt/jacket

  • Double-check your name, age, and gender. Errors will affect the age group awards.

  • Stay Right: Walkers, please keep to the right so runners can pass.

  • We will have one water station on the route

Post-Race

  • Stick around for snacks and the awards ceremony at 10:00 AM.

  • Awards by age category:
    Male/Female: 14 & under, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55–64, 65+

Shirts & Swag

  • Everyone registered before April 14 gets a free Run for Justice shirt.

  • Extra shirts available at check-in for $10, while supplies last.
